THE ART OF MINIMALISM:

To Simply state, the process of decluttering your surroundings, like study or work desk, to level where all you have in front of you is what you need. Like, you don’t need a headphones around the machine all the time, clear the space.

This is somehow related to the peace of mind, which is a state of mind where you have fewer and clear thoughts. Enables you to get things done and easy to make decisions.

BENEFITS OF MINIMALISTIC APPROACH:

Well, to start with, minimalistic approach gives you more room to fit in what you need instead of being filled with what you might use next year or never.

  • With more space, you have more freedom, to think and to be..
  • Of course, the peace of mind you’d have with less chaos.
  • Determined focus on what is truly to be done.

Other benefits includes: Focus on self, in matters of health and hobbies. more happiness, confidence and less fear.

For long, we have witnessed the art of minimalism in art and beauty, but now as we see it, it can be implemented in almost everything. I recently, rebuilt my CV, keeping only what represents me better.

In other words, we can say that the art of being minimalistic is to own only that, which we need.
