We all, living in the era of digitalized everything are in almost every way impacted and eventually distracted. Be it a notification, a mail or a breaking news on TV. To Simply state, the process of decluttering your surroundings, like study or work desk, to level where all you have in front of you is what you need. Like, you don’t need a headphones around the machine all the time, clear the space.
This is somehow related to the peace of mind, which is a state of mind where you have fewer and clear thoughts. Enables you to get things done and easy to make decisions.
